A lecture on healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition

In her presentation, nutrition consultant Daniela Tibsha also talked about proper nutrition, proper food composition, and misconceptions.

Dietitian Daniela Tibcha:

Many people start dealing with eating habits only when certain diseases really appear or when they start eating healthy food due to obesity. However, proper nutrition is specifically important to prevent this. Proper nutrition and diet are becoming more and more popular these days and many are interested in it. I am glad that I was able to talk about this to the attendees today and because so many young people were in attendance.

The aim of the workshop is to draw attention to the importance of proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Considering that often these days we can’t devote as much time to healthy eating as we would like. That’s why we thought we’d host Daniela Tachasa, Nutrition Consultant at Bečej, to show us how we can quickly make delicious, healthy food from the highest quality ingredients.

The event was supported by local producers with their own products, which the performer used to prepare some local dishes for the participants.
