An exemplary program in the spirit of sports and health

The Cegitközi Children’s Example Association for the third time organized the Exemplary Sports and Health Day as part of the City Children’s Day in Mosonmagyaróvár, whose very rich program included a discussion on the podium as a motivational program entitled “Embrace Sports”. Among moderator Zsolt Segesvári’s interlocutors is Norbert Forres, European champion for the visually impaired and world junior judoka silver medalist, who is preparing for the Paralympic Games, at least because he is confident he can take part in a competition of this level in the French capital.

An ‘amateur’ runner and triathlete, three-time ‘Ironman’ Ákos Printz recently returned home from Ingolstadt, where he completed the middle distance triathlon as another test of strength, finishing among the best in a crowded field. He believes that with his good performance, he has also strengthened the twin city’s relationship between Győr and the venue, which he was also able to thank for being invited to the competition as a member of the Széchenyi István University Sports Association. Ákos – like his training partner, Norbert – has shown his respect, love and commitment to the sport through his own life’s journey. According to his experience, it is important to include sports in daily life from childhood, as it is a means of educating the body and spirit, and helps to face challenges.

The conversation of the three of them, in addition to bringing their experiences to life, also contained a lot of ideas and information that could clearly convince the audience why the declared subject, sport, as part of their lives, is important and wonderful for them – for example, as a result of such and similar conversations – we hope more and more people.
