Bernd Stürk, the former Federal Reserve captain of the Hungarian national football team, has left the position of technical director of Dunaszardahle, which is the center-stage in Slovakia.
According to a statement on the club’s website, the contract was terminated by mutual agreement with the German coach.
Stork, 58, has managed FC DAC in 40 betting matches since June last year, and his contract will run until May 31, 2022.
Now, second coach Antal Nymeth leads the team temporarily in second place in the tournament, which includes players from the Hungarian national team: Andras Schaeffer and Zolt Kalmar, who is recovering from a serious knee injury.
Stork was the federal captain of the Hungarian national team from July 2015 to October 2017, during which time the national team first reached the European Championship 2016 in France, and then he was the leader of the group in the eighth final, where he bid farewell to Belgium. The specialist has since worked as head coach for two Belgian teams, Muscron and Circle Brugge. (MTI)
