The Asian Football Confederation announced in Bournemouth, England’s second division (the Championship), that 24-year-old Welsh player David Brooks has been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system.

List leader AFC Bournemouth said the far-right learned of the devastating news after leaving the Welsh national team’s World Cup qualifier training camp in an investigation into which they were diagnosed with stage two cancer.
The player’s announcement also appeared on the club’s official website, describing that although he was shocked by the outcome of the investigation, he was working to get him back as quickly as possible.
“My family and I have been shocked by the news too, but the disease gives me hope and I’m sure I can play again soon. I would like to thank the Wales Association, without which the lesion would not have been diagnosed so quickly, and I am also very grateful to Bournemouth for their support.”Stands David Brooks has scored one goal in seven league games this season in her contacts.
The Bournemouth management pledge to do everything in their power to help the young player recover.
