Strict epidemiological rules await Chelsea and Manchester City fans who will travel to the Champions League final in football. The Portuguese government said on Friday that supporters of the two camps can stay in the country for up to 24 hours, during which time they will have to live in a bubble, arriving and leaving only on charter planes and passing a coronavirus test.
The European Football Association (UEFA) decided on Thursday that the final BL will be held in Porto instead of Istanbul on May 29th. Both English clubs will receive six thousand meeting tickets.

From that region to spend ten days in quarantine in the hotel at his own expense.
UEFA negotiated with the British government and the British Football Association earlier this week to hold the match at Wembley, London, but the talks were unsuccessful as the federation was unable to exempt journalists and other guests traveling to the match from local quarantine requirements.
Portugal can be a manager as it is one of 12 countries from which there is no need to be quarantined upon your return to Britain.
