On Sunday, Canadian striker Garrett Hunt of Brasov caused an unforgettable Sunday in the Erste Liga when he collided with Tamás Láday, head and a half, in the match against Miercurea Ciuc at the end of the second quarter and finally threw a trash can on the field. Canadian Brasov Wolves legend Garrett Hunt battled Tamas Lade, taller than him by a head and a half, at the end of the second-third of the league against Mercuria Cheok on Sunday.
At its meeting on Monday, the Erste Liga disciplinary committee found Hunt to have committed three serious offenses with his behaviour, so decided to ban him with a total of nine bans in 9 matches (!), meaning that next time on January 10, UNI Győr could play against ETO HC .
In connection with Sunday’s noon match, the Erste League’s disciplinary committee has fined Albert Zagidolin and Zoltan Molnar for three and two matches, respectively.
