The filmmakers chose to respect the actor’s memory by not using old recordings and not resorting to CGI technology, as they did when Robert Downey Jr was rejuvenated in Captain America – Civil War. The studio’s producers had previously shunned the idea of the show, but now Nate Moore has confirmed the news about it.
The producer told Vanity Fair:
Chad’s departure is a huge loss, I loved him as much as I loved his character. We have to be careful and thoughtful about his appearance because he meant so much to a lot of people, just like us. But we’re not going to use it to lure people into the movies: Come on, maybe you’ll see the tiger! “
We wouldn’t do that, so it wouldn’t come back.
There were a lot of fan theories and ideas about how Chadwick was portrayed in the movie, but the studio and Victoria Alonso (former producer of Marvel movies) also noted after the tragedy:
Unfortunately, the king also died in real life, not only in the world of cinema. Therefore, the character will not be replaced by another actor.
Hence, we can say that Chadwick Bosman and his character will in no way return in the jump. The film is expected to be released on May 6, 2022. The actor who died last year for filming in his latest movie (Ma Rainey: The Grandmother of the Blues) Best Male ChampionOscar (after his death Award) at the Academy Awards on the night of April 25th.
