Microsoft is providing visual updates to Office to better align Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, Project, Publisher, and Visio with the new Windows 11.

Some Office 2021 and Microsoft 365 users can already see the update, and the new interface will launch automatically. This includes rounded corners, a gray menu bar, and a color scheme that matches the light or dark theme.

If you don’t like the new interface, you can go back to the previous interface in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneNote by clicking the icon next to the button to minimize the window, and then clicking arrive soon Menu in the key to experience new functions. Another notable change is that the Quick Access Toolbar is now hidden by default, making it a simpler and more beautiful interface, according to Microsoft. You can also restore and view it permanently with a right mouse click.
