It’s official: I got it when the Realme 9 Pro series was revealed

With the advent of Realme in Hungary, the selection has been enriched with another affordable brand, so it is no wonder that the phones of the Chinese manufacturer are hiding in more and more Hungarian pockets. The company recently revealed its first premium phone, which is GT2 ProtAnd now the world is watching the new family of mid-range models.

Recently, Francis Wong, Marketing Director of Realme for Europe and India, told Twitter that the new series will start worldwide on February 16, so there will be no exclusive Chinese launch.

The post also confirms that as the first mid-range device, every member of the 9 Pro (number unknown) will get a 50MP Sony IMX766 camera sensor with optical image stabilization. The online demo will be held on the scheduled date, 9 AM local time, on Realme’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.

At the moment, the manufacturer has only provided official information about the top model 9 Pro + for the Realme 9 Pro series. Based on that, you can expect the following features from your device:

• MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G SoC
• AMOLED screen
• Under-screen fingerprint reader
• Built-in heart rate monitor
• Triple lens rear camera (main sensor for Sony IMX766)
• Green and blue, the latter turns red when exposed to sunlight (light shift design)

And if you believe these rumors, you will be able to choose between 128GB and 256GB versions with 6 and 8GB of memory. A 4500mAh battery can be inserted into the phone with 33W fast charging, and the front camera can deliver a resolution of 16MP. Apart from the 9 Pro+, there is likely to be only one device, the base 9 Pro, but the manufacturer hasn’t revealed anything about it.
