Jeff Bezos is preparing for a space tour, where he will fly next month with his own company’s rocket

The 57-year-old billionaire, who is planning the trip with his brother Mark, announced in an Instagram post on Monday. The launch is scheduled for July 20, about two weeks after Bezos resigned as Amazon CEO.

Blue Origin is one of several reputable and wealthy space travel companies sponsored by entrepreneurs, along with Elon Musk’s SpaceX and Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic. Both companies plan to offer paying customers.

Currently, the auction is being held for $2.8 million, or approximately $800 million. The company previously said that customers will get a four-day trial, including three days of pre-flight training at the company’s Van Horn launch site in Texas.

Bezos plans to hand over the Amazon CEO to Andy Gacy on July 5th.
