Pubs roam around the new rules in England

Pub parks in England will reopen in just over a week. However, defense organizations representing the bars say government rules can deter guests.

One of the next steps in the UK’s economic re-launch will be the reopening of restaurants, including restaurants, bars and cafes, on April 12 – so far only in England. The reopening was subject to strict conditions by the London government:

Guests must introduce themselves upon entry, and write their names and contact details in a list if they are unable to present a new and negative coronavirus test at the entrance.

A similar provision was introduced during the previous reopening attempt last summer to facilitate the contact search, but then it was sufficient to write the name and details of one person from each group. This time, without exception, everyone over the age of 16 will have to do so.

However, according to UK Hospitality support, this would place an additional administrative burden on bar staff that they would not be able to cope with. Additionally, it can deter guests from choosing to use services – BBC writes. According to UK Hospitality, this ruling only deprives guests of rest, but it does not help in day-to-day operations, and can make it impossible for thousands of businesses to survive. Page adds:

Those restaurants that don’t screen their guests carefully enough risk a fine of nearly 425,000 Ft.

I don’t understand why you would need this in a restaurant or just a bar, and why you shouldn’t do the same in a supermarket that is open to everyone, for example. There is no need to register there, yet everyone is free to receive the goods

A potential guest complained to the BBC that he wanted to go to restaurants like to go to school.

According to UK Hospitality, it can also be difficult to be able to only pay on restaurant balconies, especially in rural areas where there is no reliable broadband internet coverage and bank card terminals cannot be relied upon at checkout.

As the next step in relaunching the English economy, starting from April 12, in addition to the gardens of restaurants, cafes and bars, all shops and sports centers will be able to receive visitors.

School education starts a week early, from April 8, in England.

Meanwhile, the London government is considering linking visits to crowded places, such as bars, with a vaccination certificate. According to the Daily Telegraph report

The vaccination card test will begin in the coming weeks
