Over the weekend the building will house the Hungarian School and Theater Hall, where exhibitions and performances for local Hungarians will be held, said Peter Cicardo.
The head of the ministry stressed that many Hungarians live, work or study in and around London So far the city does not really have a decent home for Hungarian culture, Hungarian community, and preservation of Hungarian identity.

The Cabinet purchased a large, iconic building “to preserve and display our culture in London in a place worthy of Hungary, a country with a thousand years of sovereignty.” – Said Peter Sizzardo.
He stressed that the new Hungarian mansion would be a new meeting place for Hungarians living in the UK.
“There will be a theater room, there will be a cafe, we will organize exhibitions and shows,” the minister said, adding that the weekend school for children and the opportunity to teach the Hungarian language will also be provided.
“The house is really worth it and to get the Hungarians, it will be renovated now and once the renovation is done, the Hungarians in London and its environs will be able to capture it in a few months,” he said. Peter Sizzardo.
The head of the ministry expressed hope that “this house will serve as a new meeting point for Londoners in and around London, as a force for building a new community.”
