World table tennis champion Istvan Jr. traveled Friday morning to the countryside with Olympic fencing champion Timea Nagy for one of the Immortal Athletes’ Association programmes. They visited the White Colony, met the kids, and the event was full of experiences.

“I even played table tennis, I had nothing wrong with the sky, and I didn’t even feel tired,” the nation’s athlete told the daily, who returned to Budapest after the programme.

He was in charge of the gathering of friends in the capital, in the company of Olympic champion Norbert Novini and Olympic wrestler Sandor Bardussi, but the world is already beginning to turn with him here.

“I went out in the air, but by the time I got out, I had to sit up, my ears were also roaring, and the dizziness increased. An ambulance arrived and I was taken to Honved Hospital,” recalls Junior, who has since undergone several tests and all ended up with a negative result.

Junior told the newspaper he was confident he would be released home from the health care facility on Tuesday.
