It will only rain on the Hungarian gold medals on race day on Saturday for the European Kayak Championships in Poznan. Dóra Gazsó became the first kayak at about 1000 metres, then Bálint Kopasz was the first to kayak in every 1000 metres, after that Danuta Kozák and Dóra Bodonyi were no faster than 500 in the double. Dóra Lucz won the silver canoe at 200 metres and the duo of Balla Virág and Takács Kincs at 500 metres.

The Hungarian 500-meter kayak men’s failed to reach the finals.
MTI writes, indicating the location of the fight, that the team made up of Istvan Cooley, Peter Molnar, Pence Nadas and Sandor Tutka – as in Friday’s qualifiers – finished fifth in Saturday’s middle race, so they were eliminated.
Al-Wahda had been preparing for the Olympics for a long time, and also enjoyed protection in the local teams, but could not prove this either in the Mundial Sjöde in May (13th place). MTI remembered that Istvan Kohli was injured in the spring, so he did not hit the boat in VK, and it was only recently that he started training again.
The other Hungarian interested on Saturday morning was boatman Takacs Kenko, who finished fourth in the middle race, so he also didn’t make it to Sunday’s final in the 200m individual.
