The Resident Evil franchise has been rebooted as Paul W.S. Anderson’s The Hive films have moved further and further away from classic Capcom games to the chagrin of fans. However, Johannes Roberts (47m deep), Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City (Hungarian title: The Hive – Raccoon City), which we can also see in the new preview!
So Raccoon City is waiting to be fed from Resident Evil Parts One and Two, as well as a remake, with Roberts saying he fainted primarily from processing. The real evil is not the zombies and other mutant creatures, they are just creatures from the Umbrella Corporation that are flooding Raccoon City, the title city. As usual, a few survivors survive, including Leon Kennedy, a local police officer, and Claire Redfield, who is searching for her brother. During the plot, of course, we meet the other two heroes of Resident Evil, Chris Redfield, the brother of the Special Commando, and Jill Valentine, and the central characters also appear in the very scary scene of Resi, Spencer Castle. In the back of Raccoon City, resulted in the tragic fate of Lisa Trevor, who performed horrific experiments on a parachute, and here we are not only thinking of the mutilated female body. Among other things, we can see it in the first preview.
Johannes Roberts confirmed that although the movie is based on Resident Evil 1-2. It’s not a direct adaptation of these, the Raccoon City synopsis would complement it much more, i.e. tell a related origin story. So Roberts pointed out that in Leon’s case, for example, don’t count on a pumpkin cop, a freshman would still be a green-eared cop here, which is more dice than a seasoned guy. “It was really important to me that this movie brought horror to people, as well as creating a creepy dark atmosphere, which I feel might be missing from the previous movie. The Hive – Raccoon City will return to Hungarian cinemas on December 2. The film was written and directed by Johannes Roberts, and the main roles are Kaya Scodelario (Claire Redfield), Hannah John Kamen (Jill Valentine), Robbie Amell (Chris Redfield), Avan Jogia (Leon S. Kennedy), Tom Hooper (Albert Wesker), Neil McDonough ( William Birkin), Lily Gao (Ada Wong) and Marina Mazepa (Lisa Trevor).
In the meantime, the international preliminary round is also taking place, which has a completely different mood from the above:
