The game’s location has been revealed, plus we’ve got some good news for the Xbox Oneers too!

Speaking to Eurogamer, prominent game designer Mike Brown said that it supports Xbox One, saying it’s not much different than supporting lower-spec PCs.

The developer also added that the studio “feels good” with each version of the game.

Well, we’ve been on PC since Horizon 3, which means we’re used to shipping a game with a variety of system specs. So the fact that the game should run on Xbox One, Xbox Series consoles, and PC isn’t that much different. Xbox One controllers require the same amount of effort as supporting PCs with lower specs. Honestly, we had a great time with each version of the game.”

Mike Brown confirmed.

Mike Brown also commented on why Forza Horizon 5 is being held in Mexico and said that the studio not only wanted to offer the series’ biggest ticket yet, but also needed to make the venue diverse because it would make sense if it were different. Everything is the same:

“And Mexico as a country – it’s almost like the whole world in one country because there are volcanoes, snowy mountains, valleys, forests, hills, ancient cities, modern beach hotels, and different flavors of the desert. And all this together makes for a very interesting open world to explore – in every area you go, you see new things, And you experience new things. To this incredibly open and diverse world, we add the fact that Mexican culture is known and loved all over the world: art, music, people. I think we ended up somewhere we wouldn’t have found a more exciting opportunity for Horizon.”

Forza Horizon 5 will be released on November 9, 2021 for PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One.
