If you’re craving something really tasty and special, try our delicious avocado ice cream with crushed dark chocolate! It only takes three minutes to assemble it together, plus a little freezing and you’re ready to eat your delicious treats.

Ingredients (3-4 people)

  • 4 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 dl of vanilla yogurt (optional)
  • 1 vanilla stick or ½ tablespoon of high-quality vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 50 to 70 grams of dark chocolate

Cut the avocado and banana into small pieces. Put it in a bowl and put it in the freezer for at least an hour.

Take the bowl out of the freezer, and mix the rest of the ingredients with a stick blender to make it creamy. Finally, chop the chocolate and stir it in as well. We can serve it immediately.
