Ingredients (3-4 people)
- 4 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 dl of vanilla yogurt (optional)
- 1 vanilla stick or ½ tablespoon of high-quality vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 50 to 70 grams of dark chocolate
Cut the avocado and banana into small pieces. Put it in a bowl and put it in the freezer for at least an hour.
Take the bowl out of the freezer, and mix the rest of the ingredients with a stick blender to make it creamy. Finally, chop the chocolate and stir it in as well. We can serve it immediately.
